St. Carlo Acutis Print

$28.00
Size: 8"X10"

Estella painted this at thirteen — and there is something quietly poetic about a thirteen-year-old choosing to paint Carlo Acutis, a saint who was himself a teenager when he died.

Carlo Acutis was fifteen years old when he passed away from leukemia in 2006. An Italian boy who loved God, soccer, and computers in equal measure, he spent his short life documenting Eucharistic miracles from around the world and making them accessible online. He was canonized in 2025 and is widely beloved as a saint for the digital age — proof, as he himself once said, that holiness is possible for everyone. He is the patron saint of the internet and of young people.

Estella's painting depicts him as he is most often shown and as he actually lived — in ordinary clothes, approachable and fully himself. The style is painterly and illustrative, warmer and perfectly suited to a saint this close to our own time.
