TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective Date: March 15, 2026
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Fork in the Road website (the "Site"), operated by Little Fiat Studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Site.
2. USE OF THE SITE
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: using the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws; transmitting unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems; and reproducing, copying, or exploiting any portion of the Site without express written permission.
3. SHOP AND PURCHASES
Digital Products: Digital products, including cooking classes and digital guides, are delivered electronically. All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Physical Products: Physical products, including aprons, cookbooks, travel guides, and prints, will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Custom Commissions: Icon commissions and custom art orders are made to order. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due prior to delivery of the completed work. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We reserve the right to decline any commission request at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including in cases of errors in product descriptions or pricing.
4. TRAVEL PLANNING SERVICES
The Site offers travel planning consultation services. Engaging our travel planning services constitutes a separate service agreement, the specific terms of which will be provided at the time of booking. Information on the Site regarding destinations, itineraries, and travel tips is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional travel, legal, or financial advice. We are not responsible for changes to travel conditions, cancellations, or any losses arising from travel arrangements. It is your responsibility to verify all travel requirements, including visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
5. NEWSLETTER AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By subscribing to the Little Fiat Studios newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails from us, which may include new episode announcements, merchandise launches, promotional offers, and giveaway notifications. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us directly. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. GIVEAWAYS AND PROMOTIONS
From time to time, we may offer giveaways, contests, or other promotions through the Site or newsletter. Each promotion is subject to its own specific rules and eligibility requirements, which will be posted at the time of the promotion. All giveaways are subject to applicable laws and are void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to enter unless otherwise stated.
